To build a credible, tech-forward identity that simplifies complex AI healthcare innovation for wider adoption.

01) Problem Statement

Medtatvaa was building powerful AI-driven radiology technology, but its external perception didn’t reflect the depth and credibility of its innovation. The brand lacked a cohesive identity, and the product experience made complex capabilities difficult to understand, creating friction in investor trust, slower adoption among hospitals, and inefficiencies in onboarding.
Through a combination of UX audits, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis, we identified critical gaps in how complex AI capabilities were being communicated and experienced—revealing opportunities to simplify interactions and strengthen perceived credibility.

We found that while Medtatvaa’s AI capabilities were highly advanced, they were being undermined by unclear interfaces and an underdeveloped brand system. This created a disconnect between the product’s true potential and how it was perceived, making it difficult for users to quickly understand its value, trust its outputs, and confidently integrate it into their workflows.
To bridge this gap, we developed a unified strategy that aligned brand perception with product experience, creating a credible, tech-forward identity alongside a simplified, intuitive UX. As part of this, we introduced DicomDive, a SaaS platform designed to streamline radiology workflows, making complex AI capabilities more accessible, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into clinical environments.

Our execution focused on building both perception and experience in parallel. We designed a distinctive logo and brand identity to establish credibility in a trust-sensitive healthcare space, ensuring every visual element reinforced precision and reliability. This foundation extended into a scalable design system—created to maintain consistency across the product while enabling faster iteration and growth. On the product side, we crafted an intuitive UI that transforms complex AI processes into structured, easy-to-navigate workflows. The ecosystem was completed with a strategically designed website that simplifies communication, strengthens positioning, and converts high-intent stakeholders into users and partners.
By building a unified design ecosystem across brand, product, and digital touchpoints, Medtatvaa was able to elevate trust, simplify adoption, and accelerate growth, evidenced by a 45% increase in investor engagement, 60% faster onboarding, and a 2x increase in website-driven conversions.
